It is with great sadness that we learn of the passing of our great friend and Club Ambassador Kevin Campbell.

‘Big Kev’ was a larger than life character and a truly inspirational part of the journey of this football club. He was a born winner, a natural motivator and was a driving force behind developing the mentality and ethos that we see at Radcliffe to this day. His energy and humour, and the warmth he showed everyone who met him was so real that you always felt that he was just talking to you.

From our very first meeting in 2016 Kev was clear that we would make this Club a success – I’ll never forget his words “You better be ready for a big change” well, he couldn’t have been more right could he?

To most, he was a fantastic top flight footballer and pundit, a hero at his home town Club of Arsenal, a legend for Everton and West Brom for his influence in their great escapes but to us he was Kev, the guy you could call anytime for advice, who always had time for you and your family and who had a story which would motivate you – our dickie bow Thursday mate Kev.

Our thoughts are with Ty, Kyle and the whole Campbell family.

RIP Big Man
