Lee Fowler has added to his defensive options, with the resigning of left back Hanley.

Radcliffe FC are delighted to announce the return of left-back Raheem Hanley to the club. The 27-year-old rejoins us after playing for the club last season, however that season was cut off on the stroke of 2021 due to the Winter lockdown.

Now back at the Neuven Stadium, Raheem will be looking to add himself to the defensive options, whilst also getting forward and creating attacking opportunities with his quick feet and pace to beat his man. Playing mainly as a left back, Raheem can also play in various other roles when required, throughout his career he has played at left back, left wing back, centre mid and left wing.

The former Manchester United youth player has played for nine teams in his eight year senior career, including playing for the likes of Blackburn Rovers, Swansea City, Northampton Town and Hereford, among others.

Raheem is a welcome addition back at the Neuven Stadium, as Boro fans already know what to expect from him, he will also be in the squad for Tuesday night’s game away at last Saturday’s FA Cup opponents, Morpeth Town.
